Tying the loose ends: Man City, Chelsea clash

"Watch out, Chelsea!" (football.co.uk)

Today marks a historical day in soccer, as one of the English football giants clash. It’s a Man City title bid and a Chelsea Champions league qualifiers bid. The blues can not stand being at Europa spot neither can Man City stand being second having felt first position.

It’s the opportune time to test Cech’s experience and find out if Tevez will make a meaningful difference to the squad. Carlos Tevez is expected to be among the substitutes today. Is he fit for the game?

Chelsea has a bad history on away matches. The blues have won one of their last seven league games. Matteo’s boys will definitely struggle tonight. With Matteo’s four straight wins after taking over from Villas Boas, I bet he will restore equilibrium tonight.

Will the blues upgrade?(football.co.uk)
Man City have a defense weakness and this might be an advantage that the blues can make use of. On the condition that Matteo makes a good decision on his attacking options.

Meanwhile, Everton is taking on Arsenal, minutes into the Chelsea, Man City match. Will Arsenal stretch the margin for the blues or will the blues step on Man City to upgrade its position on the log standings.

A purple heart will be placed for both teams. Today marks a time when determination, hard work and teamwork will be the sole motivator for all squads playing. What ever the outcome, the matches will be fun to watch.

Definitely, the unexpected will happen. That’s the definition of soccer!
