Man city to launch £80m for Ronaldo

Manchester City are ready to pump out an outstanding £80m in a bid to sign Christiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid this summer, Goal.com can reveal. City is said to be willing to match the world record transfer fee of 80million that Real gave Man U to land Rolando in La liga.

Man city is not ready to make such a huge gamble. City doesn't need to buy expensive players so that it can boost up its performance. It needs to nurture its talent at grassroots so that it can raise its flag up high. Buying Ronaldo will only make City a bank account rather than a football club. That's the only way it can be a cut above the rest.

If City is thinking of making its squad better and craving anything from Real Madrid, then it should bid on Jose Mourinho. But is Ronaldo ready to make rivals with his former English team, The red devils? I doubt that cause i bet he is not ready to face up with Fergie and his former teammates. And i don't think Tevez is prepared to lose his fame anytime soon?

Unless if the City boss is ready to deal with the tension between Tevez and Ronaldo, then he might as well continue with the extravagant deal.
